Data Deletion

If you have commented on our Instagram posts or messaged us and want your data removed, this page explains how. The data concerned is described in our Privacy Policy.

Request deletion

1. Email info@meadowlightprints.com from any address.
2. Put “Data deletion” in the subject line.
3. Tell us your Instagram username, so we can find your data.

We will delete the comments, messages and delivery logs linked to your Instagram account and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm that the Instagram account is yours. We aim to finish within 30 days.

Stop the automation from messaging you

Simply don’t comment or message the keyword. You can also remove our app’s access to your Instagram account at any time: in Instagram, open Settings and activity, then Apps and websites, and remove the app.

Orders on Etsy

Data linked to orders is held by Etsy. Please contact Etsy or use your Etsy account settings to manage it.
